Since 1650, this place has been offering residents of ­ and visitors to ­ Amsterdam a bit of alcohol. In the early 19th century, it became affiliated with a local distillery and is now their tasting house. The cozy establishment invites folks to come in, try out the product, and see what the company has to offer. A unique design element (which is not without a bit of practicality) is the series of small wooden kegs that lines the wall at the bar.
